How can i ask a girl out on the phone who i like a lot but is goinng to my rival high school from me?

Well in summer school i liked this one girl but at the beginning she talked to me a lot and laughed at like all my jokes and stuff and we even connected eyes once too but a week later we were watching a movie in class and i asked her for her phone number and she said on the last day of summer school . but after that she still talked to me and stuff but later in summer school i mean well idk y i mean i didnt do anything to upset her or anything but she didnt talk to me much like maybe she was nervous PLEASE TELL ME IF SHE LIKES ME A LOT BECAUSE I LIKE HER SO MUCH???????? but yeah and she told me that for 3 weeks she would be going to china after summer school. but on the last day i she forgot to give me her phone number but i got a little nervous for some reason to ask her again idk if she likes me i mean well in the breaks of summer schoool she went whereever i went and i saw her everywhere like sometimes i saw her with her friends talking to her friends more or even sometimes when we were in the hall walking back to our class she was staring at me like we were alone but yeah back to the story well i was planning to find her phone number some way and i couldnt call her friends because i dont know if its right for the person i wouold ask (who is also my friend that ive called before for something) waould maybe tell everybody that i liked that girl a lot. and well she came back and im srry but i looked in the yellow pages but i like her probably more than any other person will ever. but yeah i thought i found it but when i called it was the wrong number but then i thought i found the right number and i called and kept ringing and ringing i dk y but then i called 3 times throughout the day and then for some reason this guy came up on the phone and told me that i would get arrested i mean idk y , but i wasnt prank calling i was callin the girl i like. and well she told me where she lives and turns out she lives really close to me but now high schools almost starting im thinkin about her and should i ask one of her friends that i know her phone number so i can ask her out and if it is the real number i need to know the right approach on the phone PLEASE TELL ME. and if we go on a date i dont know how to deal with my parents theyre strict about dating. but shes very smart too and shes asian so shes perfect SO PLEASE TELL ME IF SHE LIKES ME AND WHAT I SHOULD DO ( GIVEN U ALL THIS INFO) ASK HER OUT ON THE PHONE BECAUSE I DK HOW TO DO IT IN PERSON LIKE HOW TO MEET HER BUT IF U PEOPLE DO PLEASE TELL ME AND TELL ME HOW I CAN BECOME HER BF I LIKE HER MORE THAN ANYTHING PLEASE TELL ME I LIKE HER A LOT??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
